Current Responsbilities:
	Heading the operations of CIPET across the country (23 locations – 05 High Learning Centres, 11 full-fledged centres, 02 R&D Centres – [Laboratory for Advanced Research in Polymeric Materials (LARPM) & Advanced Research School for Technology & Product Simulation (ARSTPS)], 03 Satellite Centres and 02 Plastic Waste Management Centres) attaining its business objectives as well as maintaining high standards of excellence in Technical consultancy, Research and Academic Programme in all disciplines of Plastic Engineering & Technology.
	Supervising research professionals and documenting research results.
	Providing technical support to the industries in product development, design and fabrication of moulds, failure analysis, processing, testing and characterization of plastics material.
	Rendering consultancy service for implementation of quality management system (QMS) as per ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025.
	Creating innovative approach to design Academic programmes.
	Building skills capacity through industry collaboration and obtaining funding and research programme support from multiple internal / external sources.
	Preparing the plans & budgets, identifying & administering the resources and managing cost & contribution.
	Leading team members and developing their technical & behavioral skills.
