This is a 2 year master's program in nanotechnology engineering of functional systems on a molecular scale. The main emphasis in the curriculum is on technologies involved in miniaturization of optical and electronic circuit devices. The focus is on design of functional material, structures, devices and systems by controlling material properties at the nano scale. This course is only offered at CIPET : Institute of Petrochemicals Technology (IPT) - Bhubaneswar.
