IPLEX 2013, International Plastics Exposition, was held at Chennai Trade Centre from 27th to 30th June, 2013. The event was inaugurated by Shri V.K. Subburaj, I.A.S., Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Dept. of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India.
