CIPET's Entrepreneurship Development Programs help entrepreneurs, corporate executives,startups and others interested in the entrepreneurial environment to help develop their ideas into a successful business. This program provides them with the necessary skills and tools to enable success through classroom training and exposure to insights from actual entrepreneurs. This is essential if these new businesses want to make their presence felt in a competitive market. THE COURSE:

The Entrepreneurship Development Programs conducted by CIPET aims to increase the number of entrepreneurs specifically in the field of plastics. Through lectures from industry experts, live case studies and interactions with successful entrepreneurs. The training program links an understanding of finance, quality assurance, marketing and productivity that will enable participants to design and launch successful new ventures. CIPET also organizes Women Entrepreneurship Development program as we believe strongly in creating equal opportunity for women to participate actively in the Plastics and allied industry. The participants are taught about the basic entrepreneurship characteristics to make their ventures successful. The Women's Entrepreneurship program focuses on:

• Ways to gather the required resources to meet the goals of their venture
• Build appropriate business skills, knowledge, and attitudes
