ABOUT SUB CENTRE OF CIPET : IPT - AHMEDABAD AT BHAVNAGAR
As a Sub-Centre of CIPET Ahmedabad, CIPET Bhavnagar has stated its operation at Bhavnagar during September 2018 with a special focus on providing
employment oriented skill development training to the Unemployed/Underemployed youths of Bhavnagar & nearby districts.
At present centre is functioning at Vocational training Centre (VTC) building belonging to Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat.
CIPET-VTC-Bhavnagar is conducting skill development programmes to meet the needs and demands of the unemployed youths of Bhavnagar in General,
Scheduled Tribe, Schedule Cast and youths of the districts in particular and enhance their technical skills & providing them Self Wage Employment
for bringing them to the mainstream.
OBJECTIVES:
- To develop technically skilled manpower for the need of plastics & allied industries in Saurashtra Region of Gujarat through various short-term training programmes.
- To conduct short-term programmes for updating the technical knowledge, skill and competency of the manpower in the plastic industry.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMMES:
Following skill development training programmes will be conducted in the Academic Year 2022-23;
