CIPET : CSTS - Bhubaneswar is present in the "Temple City of India". CIPET : CSTS - Bhubaneswar was established during August, 2005 by virtue of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Govt. of Odisha and CIPET. The sole purpose of the establishment of the Centre in the Industrial Estate of Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar was to reach out to the key sector by way of Technical Assistance and Skill Training to the Government ITI's, Engineering Schools & Polytechnics through faculty Development, Improvisation of Curriculum.

CIPET : CSTS - Bhubaneswar is playing a vital role in the direction of Skill Development Training programmes & as well as Placement linked Training Programmes for the unemployed economically weaker section youth of numerous categories (SC, ST, WOMEN, PWD, BPL, OBC, North East, UR etc.) of the country and providing them self/wage employment in the plastics & its allied industries. CIPET is offering 13 nos. of courses as per MES Modules of DGET & 36 nos. of courses as approved by NSQF of NSDA, New Delhi.

CIPET : CSTS - Bhubaneswar has been running AICTE/NCVT approved Long Term program like Diploma and ITI level programs to cater to the needs of technical manpower of the industries.

MISSION:
The primary motive of CIPET : CSTS - Bhubaneswar is to provide quality education and continuously strives to train maximum no. of unemployed youth for improving their livelihoods by providing placement in the industries across the nation and abroad, also new-entrepreneur as a part of fulfillment of Skill India & Start-Up India mission respectively.
