ABOUT CIPET : CSTS - IMPHAL

The campus of CIPET : CSTS - Imphal is located at Takyelpat a well known industrial and institutional landmark in Manipur, one of the eight states of North East India.

Established in 1988, CIPET : CSTS - Imphal has been entrusted to foster the growth of plastics and allied industry in the region by providing knowledge and information in the areas of polymer engineering and technology. Towards this end, the Centre offers academic, vocational and entrepreneurship development programs to empower and provide employment opportunities to the youth of this region. The centre is functioning from its permanent campus covering about 3 acres. Over the years the centre has increased its activities and earned recognition not only in the state but all over the North Eastern Region. Recently, the Centre has strengthened its capabilities by adding new infrastructure in terms of Buildings, Production Plants and Machineries.
